Assigning to `amount` is sufficient for simple transactions, but there are four field name variants you can use depending on the situation. Note, it's usually best to use only one of these variants, rather than mixing them (and remember that naming a CSV field "amount" in a `fields` list counts as an assignment to `amount`; if you don't want that, call it something else, like "amount_").
