fbbae55101 imp: cli: merge register-match with register command 
register-match is now the --match mode of the register command.
It was used by ledger-autosync at one point, hopefully the new flag
works similarly.

1899b43073 imp: cli: drop the print-unique command 
It disorders same-day transactions, doesn't support print's options,
and isn't useful enough to be always shown in the builtin commands
list. I don't know of any users, or a use for it, and it could easily
be recreated as an addon script, so I'm inclined to not bother
supporting it as a hidden command.

37e49ada70 cli: rename --infer-value to --infer-market-price 
For clarity; infer-value was too vague. The old spelling remains
supported for compatibility, but is now deprecated.
When typing, --infer-market or even --infer (for now) is sufficient.

4330427f6b cli: make --help/--version always CMD-specific 
This simplifies the --help/-h and --version flags by making them
position independent: no matter where they appear in the command line,
if there is a command argument they will show the command's help or
version (where applicable), instead of the hledger executable's.
