b0aa70b27a lib!: Rename the fields of ReportSpec. 
This is done to be more consistent with future field naming conventions,
and to make automatic generation of lenses simpler. See discussion in
\#1545.

rsOpts -> _rsReportOpts
rsToday -> _rsDay
rsQuery -> _rsQuery
rsQueryOpts -> _rsQueryOpts

4330427f6b cli: make --help/--version always CMD-specific 
This simplifies the --help/-h and --version flags by making them
position independent: no matter where they appear in the command line,
if there is a command argument they will show the command's help or
version (where applicable), instead of the hledger executable's.

ae9595c321 cli/help: --info/--man/help show CMD/topic-specific docs 
hledger CMD --info will now open CMD's info node,
hledger CMD --man will scroll the man page to CMD's section, and
hledger help -i/-m/-p TOPIC will do similar.
This is not perfectly robust but hopefully will be good enough in
practice.

Also the help command's long --info/--man/--pager flags have been
dropped in favour of -i/-m/-p.

684cb45e1a tweak debug levels, document some guidelines 
Beginnings of a project-wide policy for what output to show at
each debug level, for now. Later we'll want more flexibility,
eg filtering by topic.

dc191ec76e cli: refactor: new Commands module 
Builtin commands are now gathered more tightly in a single module,
Hledger.Cli.Commands, reducing duplication and facilitating change.

The tests command was difficult and has been dropped for now.

The obsolete convert/info/man commands have been dropped.

cli: refactor: a proper commands list, better Main/Commands separation

The legacy "convert" command has been dropped.

The activity command's module is now named consistently.

5e3c8aaaff Implemented the new Cli command 'balancesheetequity`. 
This new command shows the same information as balancesheet but also
includes the Equity accounts (equity:<account name>).

9eb1520b6f help: add --info/--man/--pager/--cat flags, & choose best one by default (#579) 
You can select a docs format/viewer with one of the `--info`, `--man`, `--pager`, `--cat` flags.
Otherwise, it will use info if available, otherwise man if available,
otherwise $PAGER if defined, otherwise less if available, otherwise it
prints on stdout (and always prints on stdout when piped).

Preferring info over man might not suit everyone.

75e169d369 Add missing assrt param to documentation. 
I was working through the documentation, and this wouldn't work as-is. I noticed that there is an additional argument `assrt` which is not used here. Passing `True` causes this example to work.
