37e49ada70 cli: rename --infer-value to --infer-market-price 
For clarity; infer-value was too vague. The old spelling remains
supported for compatibility, but is now deprecated.
When typing, --infer-market or even --infer (for now) is sufficient.

4330427f6b cli: make --help/--version always CMD-specific 
This simplifies the --help/-h and --version flags by making them
position independent: no matter where they appear in the command line,
if there is a command argument they will show the command's help or
version (where applicable), instead of the hledger executable's.

946fa1d498 tools/pandoc-{site,drop-toc}, Shake, site/, doc/: switch from bulletlist to metainline toc marker 
Files `site/doc/{1.0,1.1}/hledger-ui.md` had to be treated specially because
thay had some other elements inside the same `BulletList` that the `toc` lived
inside. Because only the first element of the `BulletList` is compared, these
extra HTML elements were either dropped or replaced with a TOC at compile time.
By switching to the meta-inline `\$toc\$`, they started to persist into the
resulting HTML. The fix was to drop them from the source markdown.

e119941648 rename "uncleared" status to "unmarked" and --uncleared to --unmarked (#564) 
See the issue and linked mail list discussion. Ambiguity between the
uncleared state, and the "not cleared" --uncleared flag causes confusion
and friction. At this point it seems best to break with Ledger and
past hledger, pick a new name and drop --uncleared to put an end to it.

0aad803583 doc: simplify problematic old manual patch 
These two hunks attempting to fix doc version links on the 0.27 manual
make OSX patch (2.5.x) fail with a confusing error, and anyway
they were fragile and changing the wrong place.

f21e9d1c25 doc: more deduplication of options help 
Help for reporting options is now also defined once in lib.m4
(in addition to CliOptions.hs). Also fixed some duplication of general
options in docs. hledger-* manuals now include the full list of general
and reporting options; we assume that any inapplicable options get
harmlessly ignored and that this will not surprise users.
