ui: historical/period toggle, help updates
...
accounts and register screens can now switch between "historical"
(default) and "period" modes
title header wording is clearer
quick help footer now indicates historical/period and tree/flat modes,
saving space in the title
help screen is more explanatory
the enter key has been reserved for later and is no longer an alias
for right/l
