Simon Michael	3baad5d729	cli: render command help as plain text, hiding markup ... This means committing a bunch more generated files, but it's probably worthwhile, so we can have both rich hyperlinked/styled command docs and clean readable command help.	2019-01-30 10:41:39 -08:00
