cmd: Commands.Balance.multiBalanceRowAsCellBuilders: add HTML style class attributes here
This way we do not need to dissect table rows in
multiBalanceReportHtmlHeadRow, multiBalanceReportHtmlBodyRow, multiBalanceReportHtmlFootRow
Eventually removed these three functions.
