Simon Michael 0ab008ed5e api: merge tomk's WIP angular client, cleanups 
- api routes (but not /swagger.json) are now under /api/v1
- the api has changed a bit, more to come
- files are served from the current directory by default, simplifying naming
- the startup message is more informative
- added some startup hints for the angular client

Some example clients for hledger-api.

These assume hledger-api is running at http://localhost:8001 .

For the angular client, start hledger-api inside the angular/
directory (or specify that directory with -d) and then visit
http://localhost:8001 in your browser.
