Avoiding potentially confusing silent fallback. Also, - Drop support for Ledger's legacy LEDGER environment variable; we now support only LEDGER_FILE, for simplicity. - Clarify the behaviour, eg when a glob pattern matches multiple files or when the value is empty. |
