2011/9/1 hledger 0.15 binaries:
Ready-to-run binaries are time-consuming to make and support. From
release 0.15, I will build them on request for financial donors. This is
a great way to give back and help the hledger project! Of course, you
can also build them yourself.

These older hledger binaries are also available. You may need to decompress (gunzip FILE.gz) and make them executable (chmod +x FILE) before running them.
